George "Yankee" Longago is a mutant human with extremely powerful abilities as a Dreamer. He effortlessly enters the Dream-Lands at will during his nightly sleep, and can as a Power Stunt use Time Travel at the same time to in effect travel through time by visiting a Dream-Land area that preserves a previous period of Earth history then, if he wishes, dissolve from the Dream-Lands version of the past era into the actual past period in the timestream. He can instantly return to his own time and place by simply abruptly waking up.
