Karen Chugg is a friendless girl at high school isolated due to her peanut allergy and lack of social skills. One night three escaped girl-shaped war robots identify her as their "friend" and adopt her, following her everywhere as both her social set - and her bodyguards!
Karen Chugg is a great fan of the Brady Bunch show so she names her three robot companions Marcia, Jan and Cindy.
Karen Chugg herself is Average in all FASERIP abilities. She has Talent: High School Student and not much else - yet!
The abilities listed above and Powers etc. are below are for the Gearz robots, not Karen Chugg.
- LIFE SUPPORT: as robots, the Gearz robots have Life Support (Eat & Drink, Radiation, Pressure, Vacuum, Disease, Sleep, Heat and Cold).
- DAMAGE RESISTANCE (Phenomenal): the Gearz robots armored alloy construction shrugs off any normal physical damage and is resistant to all damage.
- BLAST (World Class): Each of the three Gearz robots has inbuilt laser blasters which deliver World Class laser blasts equivalent to the Blast Power. These same weapons can be tightbeamed to produce an effect equivalent to a Fantastic intensity Laser Beam Power effect.

Limitations:
The Gearz are slightly eccentric and overprotective of Karen as well as treating every encounter according to their original high value target close protection programming and their general war robot fighting programming. It is only quick action by Karen Chugg that prevents them from using potentially lethal forces on bullies or rude people for example when they first attend High School with her.
