In the 1960’s Captain Steele was one of the biggest and baddest villains in the world. His over-the-top thirst for power made him just crazy enough to plan some of the biggest take downs of governments in history. His main arch nemesis was Judo Girl and Judo Boy who would always find ways to foil his plans. As age happened, and Judo Girl out of the picture – he did his biggest mission. Transforming Judo Boy into a Judo Bot. Now in his 80s he is still crazy as ever and still has plans to take over the world.
