Powers:
Muggathraxadil is a vicious Alien warlord from the Megothathrox planetoid. He and his warband came to Earth to conquer it, but discovered to their horror that Earthlings are immense Kaiju sized beings compared to Megothroxians. His warband gradually deserted him or were killed by cats, run over by cars or gassed by exterminators and so on. Now, Muggathraxadil, last of the warband, is an enraged villain seeking to Mind Control one of the native Earthlings and use his slave to transport him around while they commit crimes.
- MIND CONTROL (Fantastic): Muggathraxadil is an immensely powerful Mind Controller. SHRINKING (Phenomenal) [Permanently On Limitation]: Like all Megothathroxians, Muggathraxadil stands three inches tall. Puny creatures at any size, his "normal" Strength is Average like all natives of the light gravity planetoid Megothathrox.
- SUPER SENSES (Decent): Telescopic Vision, which for a creature as small as Muggathraxadil means he can see as far as a normal human.

Limitations:
- Permanently On (Shrinking): Muggathraxadil is a member of an Alien race who are three inches tall.
Notes:
when first encountered there is a 50% chance that Muggathraxadil has already got a Mind Controlled slave. If so Muggathraxadil will be unobtrusively in the person's hair, under a hat, peering out of a pocket or riding on their shoulder.
