Maul is a Martian. On Earth, this reduces his Strength and Endurance by 1 Rank.
Maul is one of the children of a pair of Martian gangsters who raised their children as criminals. On Mars, Maul was slated for Disintegration by the Law Robots, however before this could happen he killed his guards and stole a Saucer, flying it to Earth. One Earth, although his mutant Strength was reduced, he was still far more powerful than any normal human, and began a crime rampage.
- MUTANT STRENGTH (Phenomenal): Maul has enormous strength compared to any normal Martian or human.
- TELEPATHY (Decent): Martians have the racial ability to speak using their mind rather than physical speech. This limited Telepathy does not allow them to read thoughts, divine intent or emotion or discover concealed information without a Silver or Gold result.
- MUTANT STRENGTH (Phenomenal): Maul has enormous strength compared to any normal Martian or human.
- GROWTH (Terrible): As part of his Mutant nature, Maul is permanently 8 feet tall and weighs 400 pounds... of muscle and bone. He has muscles on muscles.

Limitations:
- Hunted by the Law Robots: Maul is a wanted criminal on Mars. The Law Robots may one day pursue him to Earth.
- Dirty Stinking Nonhuman: all human characters have an innate immediate dislike of Martians on first contact. A Psyche feat can overcome this feeling which may never return. For humans only having casual contact with Martians this prejudice never goes away and makes all negotiations and discussions between Martians and humans suffer a -2RS penalty.
