The current Gunmaster is the direct descendant of Kattak Po, the original Tibetan martial artist who invented firearms in this reality, as well as being a direct descendant of two other Gunmasters, Dorothy Gayle the daughter of still another Gunmaster police detective Gregory Gayle and the Old West era Gunmaster Clay Boone. The civilian identity of the current Gunmaster is not yet known but may be Paul Poe.
- SUPER ABILITY (Astounding): Gunmaster has Astounding Agility. This is limited to use of ranged weapons, especially firearms of all kinds. When not applied to firearm use Gunmaster's Agility drops to Great (20).
- SUPER WEAPON (Astounding): Any firearm in use by Gunmaster is used with such Astounding accuracy and precision that it does the better of Astounding or its original damage. The chance of slamming, stunning or killing is also applied using Astounding, without negative modification.

Gunmaster presents as a quiet martial artist, not given to gregarious behavior or raucous humor. Once in combat he combines his Kung Fu and his gun mastery when in the same Area as a target to negate all possible countermoves before shooting. If not in a Duel he does all he can to use non-lethal rounds in his firearms or if he has to use lethal force he uses minimum force and shoots to wound as a trick shot. If all else fails and he is preventing a capital crime, he will shoot to kill.
Gunmaster uses any kind of firearm, does not have special or custom weapons of any noticeable distinctive feature and insures any weapon he does use in public is as free from forensic traces as he can manage, going to the lengths of changing barrels and internal mechanisms so as to make individual firearms harder to trace. He wears aseptic gloves and uses bleach gels to reduce his DNA traces at "crime scenes" (his superhero battles).
