Powers:
The Green Sorceress, ruler of Voltor, commanded a legion of followers in an attempt to rule the underground kingdom of Deltos that Blue Bolt took under his protection.The Sorceress often came into conflict with Dr. Bertoff, a scientist and ruler of Deltos and once teamed up with the brilliant but deformed surface scientist named Marto. She later went to the surface and aided Adolf Hitler before she was eventually somewhat reformed.

The Green Sorceress is a science villain not a "sorceress" at all. Her powers all come from the Devices of ancient Subterranea that she has inherited.

  • ESP (World Class): Power provided by a technological "crystal ball" called the Televisor.
  • AURA (World Class): The Green Sorceress can mentally command microcircuitry embedded under skin to produce an Aura with the effect of Affliction (Choking green smoke) at the intensity of this Power.
  • TELEPORTATION (World Class): Power provided by mentally controlled microcircuitry under her skin.
  • DIMENSIONAL TELEPORTATION (World Class): Power provided by mentally controlled microcircuitry under her skin.

    Notes:: The Green Sorceress is a regal and commanding Subterranea aristocrat who temporarily worked with the Nazis before rejecting them as too barbaric. She then retreated back underground. She had an unrequited love for the 1940s to 1950s superhero Blue Bolt which seems to have transferred to his great grandson who now operates as Blue Bolt (II).
