Doctor Diablo is a scientific villain who masquerades as a master of black magic. In fact, everything he does is achieved through science. Under his sinister hooded cloak he is equipped with numerous miniature Devices as well as controls for full-sized Devices he has previously set up. These are the sources of all of his "black magic" Powers.

  • LIGHT CONTROL - HOLOGRAMS (Phenomenal)
  • EMOTION CONTROL - Limitation - Fear only (Fantastic): so realistic are the fear illusions used by Dr. Diablo that anyone who fails a feat of Psyche when they are attacked by them inflcits blunt melee damage on themselves as they fight shadows and illusions or flee in panic.
  • ULTIMATE SKILL - Dodge (Phenomenal) - Permanently On limitation: Dr. Diable is NEVER where he appears to be. He constantly uses Hologram and physical prop illusions to avoid attacks.
  • SUPER SENSES - VISION - Hardened Sight (Fantastic): Dr. Diablo protects his vision with special lenses similar to contact lenses. These enable him to always "see" even in conditions that would affect normal sight.


    • Contacts: Dr. Diablo has various unemployed actors who have turned to various seedy alternative forms of employment. He uses them as heavies, spies and actors to boost the effectiveness of his various illusions. He also ruthlessly disposes of them when they become too much trouble. Despite this there are always more castoffs from the "entertainment industry" desperate enough to take his money and take part in his schemes.

    Notes:: Dr. Diablo is a ruthless villain who wants both Wealth from his crimes but also to terrorize victims. He derives enormous satisfaction from the look of terror on victims' faces.
