Powers:
Bolt is a robot, designed and created over 10 years by Professor Madeleine Ormerod Maxwell at her robotics lab in Tijuana, Mexico. Bolt is considered a cyborg by some since he has cloned human brain tissue as part of his internal system, however just like the human heart he keeps in his central stash, the brain cells are optional. Bolt was designed to be an industrial espionage agent and enforcer for Professor Maxwell who is a supervillain but when he found out what his programming was going to be used for Bolt faked his suicide and escaped her control. Bolt is an Artificial Science! origin collection of Gimmicks in a trenchcoat and hat.

  • STRETCHING (World Class) [Limbs only]: Bolt's arms and legs are telescopic tubular metal limbs capable of elongating to great lengths, still with his gloved hands on the end.
    • EXTRA LIMB (Decent): Bolt has an extra arm, a sort of half normal diameter tentacle with a glove hand on the end which can extend from the top of his head where it is normal stored and concealed. His hat has a slit in it to allow the arm to extend. This arm can also reach inside Bolt's form and somehow pull out any stored item that Bolt wants - or sometimes (25% of the time) a completely wrong one.
  • DIMENSION CONTROL (Fantastic): Bolt has a central stash, a large box-like storage area in his chest and abdomen which opens with a large hatch. This stash area can hold anything even it could not possibly fit. The maximum mass is all that counts and that is what the Fantastic Rank rats - maximum weight possible.
  • REPAIR (Decent): As a limited form of Immortality, nanotechnology throughout Bolt's physical form act as "Rebuilders". This means even if he is smashed to pieces or blasted almost to atoms, his body will repair itself and reform slowly but surely.
  • SUPER SENSES (Decent): Infravision, Telescopic Vision, Microscopic Vision, Penetrating Vision (X-Ray Vision)

Limitations:

  • Hunted by Doctor Maxwell: If she catches Bolt she will reprogram him... For EVIL!
  • EVIL TWIN: Maxwell created a better, stronger and less clumsy version of Bolt and set it loose in the world to commit supervillainy. This evil twin, called Gadgo, surfaces from time to time to do all the classic evil twin plots and plans, or to act as a member of a supervillain team, especially various lineups of the smash and grab robbery supervillain team The Junkyard Dogs.
  • CLUMSY: at random, Bolt will suddenly have a sort spasm resulting in him involuntarily extending one or all of his limbs and at the same time producing a random item from his central stash out of his head tentacle.

    Bolt can be short tempered with foolish or thoughtless people but is in general an extremely pleasant, friendly and even trusting person.
